Start with a consultation01How does project work begin?
Every serious engagement begins with a booked consultation. The consultation is a working session in its own right and is also where scope, feasibility and mutual fit are assessed.
02Does booking a consultation guarantee that Uyoya will accept my project?
No. Not every consultation becomes a project. Longer engagements are accepted selectively based on the problem, scope, timing, feasibility and whether Uyoya believes he can make a meaningful contribution.
03What is the consultation guarantee?
Where a consultation fee is charged, if Uyoya determines during the session that he cannot meaningfully help with the problem you brought, the consultation fee is refunded in full, subject to the published refund terms.
04Do you work outside Zambia?
Yes. Uyoya is based in Lusaka and works remotely with clients, teams and collaborators across borders where the engagement is a good fit.
05Can a consultation stand on its own?
Yes. You are not required to commission further work. A useful consultation may end with a decision, a clearer direction, a recommendation, or the conclusion that no project is needed.
06How are digital products delivered?
When the shop launches, successful payments will create a receipt, licence record and secure fulfilment link. Product tiers and prices will be published before checkout is enabled.
