Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected material or misrepresent your relationship with Uyoya Mubita or any named venture.
Information and availability
Website information is provided in good faith and may change. A booking request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation. A product is not available for sale until a price and working checkout are displayed.
Consultations and project acceptance
Every serious project engagement is intended to begin with a booked consultation. Payment for, or completion of, a consultation secures the consultation itself and does not create an obligation on Uyoya Mubita to accept a later project, retainer or other engagement. Subsequent work is subject to a separate assessment of scope, feasibility, timing, capacity, mutual fit and agreed commercial terms.
Consultation guarantee
Where a consultation fee is charged, the refund terms published in the Refund Policy apply. If Uyoya Mubita determines during the consultation that he cannot meaningfully assist with the problem presented, the consultation fee will be refunded in accordance with that policy. The guarantee is not an unconditional satisfaction guarantee.
Professional scope
Website content and consultations do not create a lawyer-client relationship and are not a substitute for formal legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. Any regulated professional engagement requires an appropriate separate agreement where applicable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to a claim. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
