A product can look exceptional and still fail the moment it meets unreliable connectivity, unfamiliar payment steps or a support process nobody owns.
Building for our context means treating the surrounding system as part of the product: onboarding, trust, payment, training, fulfilment and maintenance all belong in the design conversation.
Infrastructure can be small
Infrastructure is not only fibre and data centres. A clear operating process, a dependable digital record or a phone-first learning flow can be infrastructure too.
The strongest technology disappears into a reliable habit. That is the standard I want to build toward: fewer impressive demos, more useful systems that survive ordinary days.
